SEVERNA PARK, Md., April 11, 2006 - William
Data Systems (WDS) (www.willdata.com)
a specialist in the IBM mainframe computing platform, has
chosen business communications firm Chris O. Communications
to provide public relations in support of the company's expansion
in the U.S. market.
Chris O. Communications will conduct outreach efforts to media
and other audiences critical to WDS, a supplier of products
essential for monitoring traffic, preventing outages, and
maintaining performance levels of the systems used by enterprises
with data-intensive computing needs. WDS has offices throughout
Europe, while the U.S. headquarters are in Herndon, Va.
"We're well positioned to capitalize on the needs of
customers in our niche, but we do need to raise awareness
of what we're doing," says Mary Hegyi, managing director
of WDS. "We were attracted to Chris O. Communications
to help us with that because of the firm's experience with
companies like ours."
The program will focus on highlighting case studies of large
businesses that conduct e-commerce transactions and government
agencies that process citizens' data, as well as product and
other company news.
"The foundation of a solid public relations program is
providing the credibility to support the claims a company
makes," notes President Chris Ourand of Chris O. Communications.
"With its tier one customer base and multiple offices
around the world, we'll have no problem showcasing how WDS
is the best at what it does."
