Chris O. to Moderate Panel for Chesapeake Tech Council

SEVERNA PARK, Md., May 9, 2008 – Chris Ourand, president of Chris O. Communications, has pulled together a panel of speakers and will moderate the discussion about online marketing for the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council on May 29 at 7:30 am.


Entitled “Tech Focus - Online Marketing,” the program will delve into the best uses of tactics such as search engine optimization (SEO), e-mail campaigns, social media, and banner and click-through advertising, and also how to tie them together as part of an online strategy. The discussion will center around what the panelists have been able achieve with online marketing on behalf of their clients. Speakers are:

• Michael Teitelbaum, president of Internet marketing firm TruePresence. Prior to this role Michael led Eisner Interactive and co-founded Emagination, a leading online innovation firm. Clients he has worked with include AMF Bowling, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Maryland State Lottery, and US Airways
• Lee Feldmann, sales manager for Advertising.com. Lee is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online needs at this AOL property that operates the largest third-party display ad network
• Harry Brooks, director of search marketing at Network Solutions, the domain name registrar and provider of e-business solutions. Harry is a regular contributor to the company’s blog, and certifies the company’s SEO consultants and staff.
