Chris O. Communications Takes Top Honors At Construction Writers Assn.
PARK, Md., October 2, 2007 -- Chris O. Communications has won the 2007 Construction Writers Association (www.constructionwriters.org) award for its campaign of bylined articles written on behalf of client GeoStructures. Part of the public relations category that recognizes excellence in editorial content and in achieving stated marketing goals, the award will be presented at the association's mid-year meeting taking place from October 10 - 12, 2007 in Chicago.
The entry outlined the strategy of positioning GeoStructures as a design-build contractor with a successful record of performance on difficult projects. Supporting this were contributed articles detailing how GeoStructures determined the best solution for reinforcing soil through its suite of ground-improvement technologies, which are often more timely and cost effective than traditional methods of supporting new buildings and minimizing settlement. The articles, written by Chris O. Communications and published under the names of GeoStructures’ executives, appeared in Construction magazine, Construction Executive, and CE News.
